Refund & Return Policy – Vasus Brakes India

At Vasus Brakes India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Custom-made or used parts cannot be returned.
• Electrical items are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.
